We are looking for a performance consultant who can work as a member of an agile team and lead the analysis and design phase for interactive learning solutions.

We would love to talk if you:

• Are an “A” player with a drive to be an excellent teammate and produce excellent outcomes.
• Have progressive experience leading the analysis phase on complex projects (including gap analysis, task analysis, audience analysis, content analysis, etc.).
• Enjoy leading client meetings to identify desired outcomes and objectives, and designing learning solutions for a variety of formats: eLearning, video, instructor-led.
• Have experience working in a consulting environment with a variety of client types.
• Hold a Master’s degree or Certificate in a related field of study (e.g., adult learning, instructional design, instructional systems technology, organizational development, etc.).
